The project generally consists of renovating portions of the existing school building and adding a new addition to replace the existing portable class rooms. As a part of this major renovation project EnviroMed Services’ inspection team has completed a full asbestos, lead-based paint and PCB testing for the building. In addition to Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for the school site.
The licensed inspectors had identified several building materials to contain hazardous or regulated materials that need to be abated as part of this renovation project. Our design team has developed abatement specifications and drawings to remediate such materials in a cost effective way.
EnviroMed is currently providing abatement monitoring services during abatement activities, this project is expected to be completed in 2016.
