EnviroMed supports municipalities, infrastructure owners, developers, and commercial operators with environmental engineering and compliance services that help projects move forward safely and in alignment with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Our team combines field experience with documentation discipline—delivering clear findings, defensible reporting, and practical next steps.
Environmental Audits & Compliance Reviews
Environmental audits and compliance reviews help organizations evaluate current practices against applicable permits, regulations, and best management practices. Reviews may include program and document evaluation, site observations, and interviews with personnel to identify compliance gaps, risk exposures, and improvement opportunities. Deliverables are designed to be actionable—supporting corrective actions, inspection readiness, and long-term operational compliance.
Environmental Health and Safety Plans (EHASP)
EnviroMed develops and reviews Environmental Health and Safety Plans (EHASP) to support safe work practices and regulatory compliance across construction and operational settings. Plans may address hazard identification, exposure control strategies, training and responsibilities (including competent person roles where applicable), medical surveillance considerations, monitoring strategies, and documentation protocols—aligned with OSHA requirements and project-specific specifications.
Construction Site Safety Audits
Construction safety audits provide ongoing monitoring of site conditions, work practices, and protective measures to help reduce incidents and prevent compliance deficiencies. EnviroMed’s audits are performed against applicable OSHA standards and project requirements, with findings documented to support hazard correction, liability reduction, and effective safety oversight.
Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation
Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
Phase I ESAs are performed to identify recognized environmental conditions and evaluate potential environmental risk prior to acquisition, redevelopment, financing, or other decision points. These assessments typically include:
• Review of historical records and regulatory database information
• Interviews with parties knowledgeable of current and past site use
• Site reconnaissance to identify potential on-site and off-site concerns
• Identification of environmental considerations that could impact use, cost, schedule, or liability
Phase I ESA reporting is completed in accordance with applicable ASTM standards and relevant state guidance, and is reviewed and signed by an Environmental Professional and/or Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP), where required.
Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
When Phase I findings warrant further investigation, Phase II ESAs are conducted to evaluate whether soil, groundwater, or vapor impacts are present. Scope may include:
• Subsurface investigation planning informed by site geology and hydrogeology
• Soil borings and/or groundwater monitoring well installation (as needed)
• Sampling and laboratory analysis with documented QA/QC procedures
• Data evaluation relative to applicable cleanup criteria and regulatory guidelines
• Clear findings, conclusions, and recommendations for next steps
Phase III Environmental Investigation, Remedial Support & Closure
Where contamination is confirmed, EnviroMed supports delineation, remedial planning, and implementation oversight to reduce exposure pathways and support regulatory closure. Services may include:
• Delineation of the extent of impacts and development of a conceptual site model
• Evaluation of remedial alternatives and engineering controls
• Soil management and waste characterization planning
• Coordination of permitting and agency submittals, as applicable
• Documentation for remedial completion and post-remediation monitoring
Stormwater Compliance, SWPPP & Environmental Permits
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP)
EnviroMed prepares and supports SWPPPs to help projects comply with stormwater permitting requirements and best management practices. SWPPP services may include erosion and sediment control planning, inspection protocols, corrective action documentation, and coordination aligned with construction-phase stormwater requirements.
Stormwater Engineering & Environmental Permitting
Our team evaluates site-specific drainage characteristics and designs stormwater management systems that support compliance with applicable stormwater regulations and permitting conditions. Deliverables can include drainage evaluations, design calculations, plan development, and permit support documentation intended to protect receiving waters and reduce project delays.
Air Emissions Testing & Permitting Support
EnviroMed supports air compliance needs by evaluating operational activities, applicable permit requirements, and monitoring obligations. Depending on project needs, services may include permitting support, emissions evaluation, and documentation assistance aligned with federal and state air quality requirements. Our goal is to help clients understand obligations early, minimize compliance risk, and support operational continuity.
Environmental & Operations Management Program Development
EnviroMed assists organizations in building practical programs that integrate environmental compliance into day-to-day operations. Program development may include procedures, inspection checklists, recordkeeping systems, training support, corrective action workflows, and internal audit structures—designed to support regulatory compliance and consistent implementation across teams.
